This privacy policy (“Policy”) describes how ListingView Inc. LLC its product, ListingView Video(“listingviewvideo”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses and shares personal information of users of its services via our mobile application (“App”). To make this Policy easier to read, our services and App are collectively called the “Services.”
ListingView Video is an iOS App, Website & Hosting Site for Realtors to help them create better marketing content for their listings. ListingView receives your information through our mobile applications, email notifications, and other interactions with our Services. When using any of our Services you consent to the collection, transfer, manipulation, storage, disclosure and other uses of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. Irrespective of which country you reside in or supply information from, you authorize ListingView Inc. to use your information in the United States, Canada, and any other country where ListingView operates or in which The Services are available.

Although you may enter property/listing information in the app during its use, ListingView Inc. itself does not disclose, save elsewhere, view, or manipulate any of the property/listing information you enter while using the Services.
ListingView Inc. may store your email and name in order to provide you with feedback, sales and promotions, and a better experience with the Services. ListingView Inc. does not distribute, sell, license, or sublicense the data you input into the app.
Support Inquiries:
If a user submits an email to our support team denoted within the App, ListingView Inc. may save that information to ensure that the problem is solved and the user has a better experience while using our Services.
Links:
We may keep track of how you interact with links across our Services, including our email notifications, third-party services, and client applications, by redirecting clicks or through other means. We do this to help improve our Services, for example to be able to share aggregate click statistics such as how many times a particular link was clicked on.
Third-Parties:
ListingView Inc. uses a variety of third-party services to help provide our Services, such as serving our various blogs and wikis, and to help us understand the use of our Services, such as Google Analytics. These third-parties may collect information sent by your browser or mobile device, such as cookies, your IP address, or device ID.

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most current version of the policy will govern our use of your information. If we make a major change to this policy that, in our sole discretion, are changes which require notification, we will notify you via an email to the email address associated with your account or through the Services. By continuing to access or use the Services after those changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Privacy Policy. If we make any changes, we will change the Last Updated date below and post the new Policy on the App.
